Quick answers
How it works
Copy a music link, then press your Earhop button. The song opens in your music service. Earhop never shows up.
"Not found"
Earhop only opens a song when it's sure it's the same recording. If it isn't sure, it offers a search instead.
Recent songs
Songs you open stay on your phone for 24 hours, then they're deleted. Reopening one is free.
Free songs and the unlock
3 songs are free, then a one-time unlock. "Not found" never counts, and neither does the Try it now sample song. On a new iPhone, open Earhop's Settings and tap Restore Purchase.
Refunds
Purchases go through Apple, so refunds do too: reportaproblem.apple.com.
Safari
The Safari extension works only when Safari is your default browser.
After an Earhop update
The first run of the Shortcut may ask to share 1 url with Earhop. Tap Always Allow.
Pandora
Copy the "I'm listening to..." message, not the link card under it.
Playlists and podcasts
Not supported yet. Songs, albums and artists work.
